Terms & Conditions

Cancelations and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a photo-shoot any time up to one week before the shoot for free. If you cancel after the deadline you will lose your deposit, or if you reschedule after the deadline, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay a new deposit. Rescheduling the same appointment 3 times in a row will count as a cancellation. If I have to cancel or reschedule you, you will not lose your deposit.

Deposits

Deposits are 20% of the full amount of the shoot, including any offers and promotions redeemed. I will ask you to pay this before the shoot to secure your place, and it will be taken off the total at the end. I will expect it to be paid 48 hours after the consultation, unless you ask for an extension. If you do not pay within those 48 hours and you have not asked for an extension, I will notify you and cancel your shoot.

Under 16's

Although I will work with kids under 16 in family shoots, I will not be posting any photos with the children in on my website and social media platforms; under any circumstances.  The children that are on my website are children I know and have known since before I started my business.

Grace Periods

I ask everyone to arrive with their hair and makeup done, and to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the shoot, just so we can keep on track. If you are going to be arriving late, please contact me, so I can let you know if we can still do the shoot. I have a 10 minute grace period, so if you don't arrive within 10 minutes after your shoot time and you do not notify me, I will cancel your shoot, and you will lose your deposit.

Prints & Extras

Prints & extras are the standard price and not included in any offers or promotions because I use a third party for them. I keep the prices low by charging you just what the third party charges me, and not making any markups or profits off of those items. They can not be returned or refunded unless they are faulty because as I previously stated, they come from a third party, and for me to get you a refund, I will have to get the refund from them first.
